Loyalty points and referrals
Adventure Points and rank
The Loyalty area shows your spendable Adventure Points, lifetime points, current rank, progress to the next rank, unlocked achievements, and recent point events. The event history explains when points were added or spent. If the displayed balance and the event history disagree, refresh once and contact support with the event description; do not repeatedly claim the same reward. If the dashboard request fails, the page leaves its loading state and shows an error instead of continuing to spin; wait and reload before taking another points action.
Rewards and claims
The rewards list shows currently available rewards and any required rank, point cost, or selectable variant. A claim can be refused when the reward is inactive, your rank is too low, the variant is unavailable, the point balance is insufficient, the reward is out of stock, or that reward's claim limit has been reached. The Claims area shows the recorded result. A failed request should not be retried rapidly while its outcome is still loading.
Achievements, streaks, and leaderboard
Achievements show whether each active achievement has been unlocked. The Loyalty area also shows streak information and the leaderboard exposed to readers. Play streaks count distinct UTC days with a session start or reader turn; multiple plays on one day count once, and a missed day resets the current streak. A streak freeze is an explicit action; use the confirmation shown by the product to determine whether it was applied. Logins count once per UTC day. An activated freeze preserves the streak across one missed day, subject to your subscription and the monthly limit. Active achievements unlock from recorded activity and award their configured points once. When the operator disables loyalty, balances and history remain visible, while new awards, reward claims and freezes are unavailable.
Referral code and link
The Referrals area creates one referral code for your account and provides a share link. Applying a code is handled by the signed-in account and returns the configured signup benefit when eligible. Public code validation reports only whether a code is valid; it does not reveal the referrer's identity. Your dashboard shows referral totals, milestones, reward states, and the current program configuration. When the program is disabled, reward and tier claims are intentionally not shown. If the dashboard cannot be reached, the page shows a retryable error instead of claiming that the program is disabled.
Referral payouts
Referral rewards are cash paid out through PayPal. Referral payout settings use a PayPal email. Earnings can appear in different states while they are accrued, held, approved, or paid. The dashboard and activity history are the authoritative places to check the current state. Contact support for a payout that remains inconsistent with that history, and do not post payment credentials in the conversation.
