Account and sign-in help
I cannot sign in
Sign in with the email address attached to your Mystrix account and your current password. An incorrect email or password produces the same invalid-credentials message, so recheck both before trying again. If Mystrix says the account is no longer active, use the human-review path below instead of repeatedly retrying the password.
Use Forgot password when you cannot remember the password. Enter the account email and submit the form. Mystrix shows the same confirmation whether or not that address belongs to an account; this prevents the form from revealing which email addresses are registered.
A reset link expires after one hour and works once. Requesting another link invalidates every earlier unused link, so use only the newest message. The new password must contain at least eight characters. A successful reset signs the account out on every device; return to the sign-in screen and use the new password.
If the message does not arrive after a few minutes, check spam or junk and then submit one new request. If it still does not arrive, or you no longer control the account email address, ask for human support. Include the account email address, the Mystrix app you were using, and the message shown on screen. Never include a password, reset link, reset token, session token, or verification code in a support conversation.
My account is locked or suspended
Mystrix refuses sign-in and existing authenticated requests when the current account state is suspended, banned, disabled, inactive, being deleted, or deleted. A temporary failure to verify account state is reported as service unavailability; retry that request later rather than treating it as a password failure.
The automated assistant cannot unlock an account, verify identity, or change a moderation decision. After a verified password attempt, Mystrix states whether the account is suspended or banned, shows the recorded reason, prior warning reasons and dates, and a temporary suspension deadline when one exists, and points to the public account-appeal form. Choose Appeal a suspension or ban on the sign-in page (or visit `/account-appeal`), enter the affected account's current email and password, and describe the specific decision you want reviewed. The form does not sign the account in or restore access; it places one escalated ticket for the current sanction in the human-support queue and returns a receipt. Repeating the same submission returns the existing ticket instead of opening duplicates.
Sign out
Choose Log out and confirm on the sign-out page. Opening the page leaves the account signed in; submitting its protected form revokes the current browser session and clears browser credentials. A missing or invalid form token shows a refusal without signing out.
